To make a long story super short. I caught a nasty stomach virus, threw up all over my car (ignition switch, steering column, dashboard, in between the cruise control buttons on my steering wheel, carpet and seats). This happened on Wednesday evening. It looked horrible and smelled like a toxic raw sewage/waste dump the next morning. Thursday morning, after finding out the AVERAGE car detailing business "have a policy not to clean bodily fluids", I found Shiny Auto Detail! They answered my prayer and addressed my immediate need to get my car back in order. Juan was patient, informative about the process, he took pictures, saved proof of any items purchased (new cabin filter), he was professional and had my car back by the time I got off work on Friday. It looked and smelled like nothing happened. THANK YOU JUAN!!
Juan and his team did a great job on my bmw... the finish was nice and consistent and Juan took care of the exterior, interior, engine bay and fixed the curb wheels. The exterior being covered with a 3 year warranty gives me piece of mind.
Juan even taught me how to properly wipe down the vehicle to maintain the glossy streak and swirl free finish.
This being a used car, I showed the previous owner photos after the detail and he totally has seller's remorse.

Second time to use Juan and his team and they made an older Infiniti that I'm using as a commuter really shine like a luxury car that it once was. Extremely happy with the inside, outside and tint. Juan was able to take off the 3m plastic protection wrap that was dull, cracked and pretty much glued to the body.
